Theresa DeLuca was one of the kindest people I ever met. Upon meeting her you just wanted to protect her from anything bad happening to her and felt so happy to know someone so positive and inspiring. She worked very hard and was very dedicated and loving in everything she did.
We missed her when she moved away and are very sad that she left us way too soon.
It was easy to make her blush.
It was delightful to see her and Ken so happy and really together.
Having drinks always involved laughing til you couldn't breathe.
They have beautiful kids.
Music was always playing when we got together.

I met Theresa and her 4 sisters while I was in High School. I lived on the same lake as her uncle and we would all go out in my boat. Theresa was a very caring and loving person and I am so sad we lost track of each other.
I have thought of her often, my prayers are with her family.

Dear DeLuca family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Like other parents at Holy Cross, I knew Teresa from school, from the lunch line and from the work she did in the office. If I needed a favor, whether it was her job or not, she helped. If I had a question, no matter how dumb it was, she smiled and obliged, without passing judgement. Teresa always seemed to have patience and worked with grace. The fact that she showed up for work with her hair loss and fatigue and just kept on doing her job, smiling at the kids, and working in spite of any pain showed her selflessness. She fought an amazing fight, and should have won! She was private and never complained about her situation. Teresa will be missed.
Please accept my deepest condolences. I hope you can all gain peace and closure knowing that she is in Jesus' loving hands, and that she was respected and liked so much. God Bless you.

Theresa was an important friend in my life. I will miss her greatly. She was a wonderful wife and mother. There was nothing that she treasured more than her love for her family: Ken, her terrific husband and her two sons that she adored, Dominic and Dylan. I have missed her at her desk and will continue to miss her. We loved being able to talk to each other while we worked. She was a caring, kind and fun-loving lady. She always saw the positive and was my confidante. Theresa was always concerned about others. No matter how terrible she felt (through all of this) she always asked about how myself or others were doing. She was an amazing lady and an inspiration to me. There were so many days that she didn’t feel good, but Holy Cross School was the place that she wanted to be. No matter if it was just a couple hours each day, she wanted to be here around all of us and the children. She told me it was her therapy. There is so much more that I could say. I thank God for blessing me with making Theresa a part of my life. I have no doubt that she is in God’s heavenly kingdom. What an angel she was and now continues to be.
