Dear Roberta, I'm so sorry to hear of Dennis' passing. He always called me Susie-Q when I was a little kid. He was one of a kind. You are in my prayers.

Roberta and family,
I remember Dennis with fondness, as I got to know
him through some of the receptions with bankers
when I was in the Kansas Senate. We talked about
being fellow "Hornets" and he knew my father-in-law
Bob Oleen of Farmers State Bank in Dwight (who just
celebrated his 75th year in banking).
Dennis's straight-forward, friendly ways made him
many friends and admirers though the years. On
