Marian R. Redford, 88, died Nov. 26, 2014 at her home in Hutchinson. She was born July 12, 1926 in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of John and Rose Preston O’Brian.

She was a 1944 graduate of Lyons High School. A Hutchinson resident since 1946 she was a longtime volunteer for the Reno County Food Bank. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

She married Raymond Redford Oct. 5, 1946 in Wichita, KS, he died March 2, 2004. Survivors include a daughter; Debbie Jones, Hollister, MO, two sons; Rocky Redford, Hutchinson and Ricky Redford, El Dorado, KS and two granddaughters; Chelsie and Molly Jones.

Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. Memorials will be given to the Reno County Food Bank in care of Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home.
