Ruby H. McCall, 86, died April 5, 2015 at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born January 7, 1929 in Butlerville, AR, the daughter of John J. and Gertrude Cook Hawes.

A longtime Hutchinson resident she was a homemaker. She married Robert C. McCall, Sr. in Columbia, MO, he preceded her in death. Other survivors include her son, Robert C. McCall Jr., Hutchinson, nephew, Ruben (Buddy) Hawes, Jr., nieces; Brinda, Debra, Gertrude, Cynthia and Florence. She was preceded in death by a twin brother Ruben Hawes Sr.

Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be announced at a later date. Memorials may be given to the Hutchinson Animal Shelter in care of Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home.
