Pamela Jo Schultz, 60, passed away in the presence of her family at her home in Nickerson on Aug. 31, 2014 in Nickerson. She was born Aug. 13, 1954 in Larned, KS, the daughter of Kenneth and Doris Sipes Smith.
She worked at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center in the Cath. Lab.
Survivors include her companion, Greg Dodson, her three daughters; Alicia Golding (Randy) Nickerson, KS, Erica Ensz (Dwayne), Inman, KS, Danielle Trostle (Brandon), Nickerson, KS, her brother, Bob Kerr, and sister, Anita Pickens and five grandchildren; Emilee, Evan, Luke, Kennedy and Lindsey. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Douglas, and a brother, Eric Smith.
Funeral service will be 11:00am, Sat. at the Father’s House with Bishop Quintin Moore presiding. The family requests that friends wear pink in honor of Pammy. Burial will be at 2:30pm, Sat. in the Farmington Cemetery, Macksville, KS. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Thursday and 9:00am to 9:00pm Friday with the family present from 6:00pm to 8:00pm all at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to the Cancer Council of Reno County in care of the funeral home.
