Karen L. Reed, 47, died March 3, 2010 at her home. She was born May 22, 1962 in Winfield, the daughter of Clifford and Sandra Thomas Lillie. She was a graduate of Hutchinson High School. A resident of Wichita, she had previously lived in Hutchinson. She had worked for Dillons in Wichita. She married Torrin Reed in 1982.
Survivors include, Torrin Reed, Wichita, her mother, Sandra Lillie, Pennsylvania, a brother, Michael Lillie, Hesston, and a sister, Kathy Korona, Pennsylvania.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Cremation is planned. Graveside inurnment services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wichita Humane Society, in care of Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home and Crematory, Hutchinson.
